Formerly a property manager with North American Properties Group, one of the foremost commercial property companies in Westchester County, Ms. Cummaro also worked as a transactional paralegal for several prominent White Plains real estate law firms. A graduate of Georgetown University Law School with a masters degree from Stanford Law School, Joseph was a law professor at Brooklyn Law School and a clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit before becoming Better Homes and Gardens Rand's in-house General Counsel. He still teaches part-time, teaching Property Law at Fordham Law School as an Adjunct Professor of Law.

Justin is a native of the Hudson Valley, raised in Rockland County and a graduate of Tappan Zee High School. His prior career in management has helped him bring a strong sense of customer service and professional attention to detail, and his naturally collegial demeanor has helped him maintain strong relationship with real estate attorneys and real estate agents throughout the county.
